{{first_name | default: 'there'}}, Want Them To Remember Your Name? Craft Your Professional Story
Let’s talk about your professional narrative—and its surprising power. I recently trained a group of managers at a large Swiss corporate, and we dove deep into personal branding. Not to create a superficial image or brag; but to show up professionally in a meaningful and consistent way, both online and offline.
It’s how you strategically position yourself as an expert when you are looking for progress — whether it's a promotion, a new job, or the chance to lead an exciting new project.
A cornerstone of our discussion was storytelling.
Why is it so crucial for your personal brand? Because, as humans, we are fundamentally wired to connect through stories.
When any story, including those from our professional lives, follows a compelling structure, something powerful happens. It's fairly simple and we, humans, connect.
You start with engaging 'hook' that grabs attention, go on with a clear 'setup' that provides context, then a relatable 'challenge' to overcome, and finally a satisfying 'solution' or 'resolution' on how you managed.

Again, we don't just process the information; we connect with it on a deeper level.
And here’s the key: when we connect, we remember. Being genuinely remembered for your expertise, your problem-solving abilities, and your impact is exactly what you want when you're aiming for that next career step.
They will think of your name when decisions are made on promotion, a new job opportunity, or the lead role on a high-profile project.
Right, Tünde, but where do I begin? - you may ask. That's a common starting point! I have helped leaders like you find clarity, articulate their unique value, and energize their careers by building their personal brand. Your professional narrative might still be a work in progress… yet it’s continually unfolding with every new achievement.
P.S. Consider a recent challenge you overcame at work. Can you frame it using the Hook, Setup, Challenge, and Solution structure? Practicing this can make your stories much more compelling!

Beyond The Hype: A Real AI Agent Story
So, we know a good professional story helps people see your value and remember you. Then I thought: what if AI could actually help us improve how we work? That would naturally give us even stronger achievements to share.
This idea got me excited, so I recently built my first AI agent.
I call her Cora, and she’s growing to be a valuable (and strictly confidential) partner in my coaching practice. Using a platform called Relevance AI, I designed Cora to pick up anonymized transcripts of my coaching calls from a dedicated folder. She then analyzes them, guided by a curated set of coaching principles, insights from key coaching books, and other reputable resources I have provided.
The magic happens next: Cora gives me tailored recommendations for the upcoming session. She might highlight unexplored areas, suggest powerful questions to ask, or pinpoint topics where my client could gain significant insights by digging deeper.
These findings are then sent directly to a private Slack channel, so they’re ready and waiting for me. This entire process respects complete client confidentiality, with all data anonymized.
I didn't replace Tünde. But I augmented her. For me, Cora is a tool that sharpens my focus and helps me become an even better, more insightful coach.
My AI agent, Cora, isn't perfect and requires fixes here and there, and the operational costs, particularly for the advanced reasoning capabilities of large language models that you need for such nuanced tasks, are currently quite significant. Ask me again in six months – I’m confident things will look even more promising and accessible!
Come & Meet Us
One part of AI agent, Cora, is new technology - this one I cannot control, only use it. But another one is an innovation mindset – that constant curiosity to find better ways to work and create value. This one I can surely control. And if you're passionate about fostering this spirit of corporate innovation and connecting with others who are too, I have something special for you.
For those of you in Zurich, I would be delighted if you joined our upcoming #OpenDoorInnovation in-person meetup on the evening of June 17th. It’s a growing circle for like-minded corporate innovators and anyone eager to learn more about building an innovation mindset in practice.
We deliberately keep these gatherings small to ensure meaningful conversations and genuine connections.
Tickets are therefore very limited (though very low cost!).

Hope to see some of you there!
