Want to know more about my journey and the spark that ignited The Change Republic? Check out this quick video.

For nearly 20 years, I have been working in the crazy worlds of energy and consulting industries. I saw so many leaders struggle to find their voice and step into their full potential.

I have been there. I know what it's like to feel the pressure, to have to constantly adapt, and to search for that inner strength. That's why I'm so passionate about helping others overcome self-doubt and step into their power.

What Davos Tells Us to Do About AI - now

Contrary to popular belief, the WEF at Davos is not all about world leaders and VIPs—I saw everyday folks like you, all, and me taking the train from Zürich and participating at inspiring events.

Watch my 90-second learnings from Davos WEF25

Yes, there’s loads of talk about big corporate AI strategies and looming regulations, but while companies figure it out (or show up late to the party), here’s what we can each do tomorrow.

And trust me, the future of leadership is closer and more accessible than you might think! Here is what I learnt strolling the Promenade and hearing out bright panelists.

1. AI agents are still expensive but they are our new reality. OpenAI's Operator can book an entire holiday for you, all by itself

2. Lead with empathy: Technology may be smart, but it can’t replace human compassion—show you care and mean it at work.

3. DeepSeek: It's what everyone whispers at the food trucks. "Have you tried the free ChatGPT?"

4. Stay authentic: Being real wins trust, and when you admit you don’t have all the answers, your team grows with you.

5. Invest in your skills: Upskilling is no longer optional—leaders who learn AI fundamentals now will ride the next wave. Start experimenting with AI tools and embrace surprises (my son would say, “Go with the flow, Mom!”).

6. Share knowledge: Teach and collaborate, because teams that grow together innovate faster.

7. Keep It Simple: Take small steps, apply what you learn, and remember not to overcomplicate (because that’s how we lose momentum).

+1: To make all these happen, I brought you my tried-and-tested AI tools that I use every day. Click on the yellow button above, add quickly your name and email address, and wait for the email with the tools. Check the spam folder and shout if it still doesn't arrive.

Key Takeaway:

The future of leadership lies in embracing AI while staying human—lead with empathy, stay authentic, upskill continuously, and share knowledge. AI is evolving fast, but personal growth and real connections remain irreplaceable. Small, consistent steps will keep you ahead in this changing landscape.

My (early) IWD gift to you, all

Now, this may come as a delightful surprise, but International Women’s Day is just around the corner—less than three weeks away, in fact!

Typically, I see a surge of posts and events only on IWD itself (and a few days before or after). This year, I would like to do something different and celebrate a bit earlier.

Not with flowers. I am offering to 3 people:

 60-Minute Complimentary Executive Coaching

No matter which gender you are, if you have a leadership challenge, this is for you. Maybe you’re facing a critical team dynamic issue, or you are on the edge of a career move and need clarity.

No, you don’t need to be a woman to participate. Anyone committed to growing their leadership skills is welcome.

Click on the button or simply reply to this email, and I’ll be in touch to schedule.

Thanks for reading. Just drop a quick reply if you have any feedback.

Wishing you a great weekend ahead.
